I took a differrent aproach.
Searched for realtek in regedit, but instead of deleting the keys found I noticed that one of the folders was related to Windows 10 installation. The folder was:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\UpgradeCompatibilityTemp\
Inside, it has many {guid} with apps that may have trouble with the upgrade.
Inside one of them I find the realtek one and it has a key with name ExeFullPath witch pointed me to the folder with rtspstor.sys file.
I deleted the folder that contained that file (you maybe asked for admin permissions) and clicked in update on the windows installer.
The installer then continued without hickups.
Let me know if this works.
