EBS Migration Kit Terms and Conditions

Eligibility
To be eligible to receive the Windows Essential Business Server 2008 (EBS 2008) Migration Kit, you must currently have a valid Windows Essentials Business Server 2008 Standard or Windows Essentials Business Server 2008 Premium license. Only licenses acquired from Volume Licensing, a retailer (often described as Full Package Product – FPP) or a server manufacturer with a new server (often described as OEM) are eligible. Note: Volume License customers can obtain the media and keys for the standalone components via the Volume License Server Center (VLSC). The media and keys have been pre-assigned by your agreement number. Important: Do not share your 25-digit Product Keys. Sharing your Product Keys with any other parties will disqualify you from this offer. The key is only valid for one entry.

Important Notices for the EBS Migration Kit
What you will receive: One DVD of Windows Server 2008 Standard (32-bit), one DVD of Windows Server 2008 Standard (x64), one DVD of System Center Essentials 2007 with SP1, one DVD of Exchange Server Enterprise 2007 with SP1 (x64), three physical Windows Server 2008 Standard product keys, three virtual Windows Server 2008 Standard product keys, one System Center Essentials 2007 product key, two Exchange Server 2007 Standard product keys, EBS 2008 Supplemental License, one System Center Essentials 2007 10 Server Management License and one System Center Essentials 2007 50 Client Management License.
Use of this downgrade media is subject to the Microsoft Migration Kit For Windows Essential Business Server 2008 license terms and the original software license terms.
The Migration Kit is not a new license for Windows Essential Business Server. Transfer rights apply to the original license you purchased.
You are only eligible for one (1) Migration Kit per EBS license.
This offer will expire December 31, 2010 12:00AM PST.
There is a fee for this upgrade to cover tax, materials and shipping and handling. The fee will vary depending on your location. The amount will be presented to you prior to final submission of your order. At that time, you will have the opportunity to opt out before final order submission. The fee is non-refundable.
Valid wherever EBS is sold. Offer void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. This offer is not combinable with any other Microsoft offers for Windows Server 2008, Windows Essential Business Server 2008, Microsoft System Center and Microsoft Exchange Server.
No Migration Kits will be authorized over the phone. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery of your Migration Kit. If you have any questions regarding your order, you can click on the Contact Us link located in the Order Management store through which this offer is fulfilled and send us an email with your question. Microsoft is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, late, lost or misdirected requests. Fraudulent submission of multiple requests and/or providing false information disqualifies this Migration Kit request. Microsoft reserves the right to deny and/or disregard any Migration Kit request deemed to be false or fraudulent. Microsoft reserves the right to terminate or extend this offer at any time. Microsoft may pursue legal action against anyone out of compliance with the terms and conditions of the offer.
Only Migration Kit forms supplied by Microsoft or an authorized retailer will be accepted. The submission form may not be reproduced or redistributed without the express written permission of Microsoft Corporation. Cash redemption value 1/100 of 1¢.
